With a fine and pleasant soft flavor, the "Gordal" olive is the largest variety. With a fleshy and thick texture, it is mainly used in dressings or stuffed with other products. Rioverde combination of "Gordal" olives with Rioverde crunchy gherkin is an ideal appetizer for any gathering. It is seasoned with very mild vinegar, which is why it appeals to both pickle lovers and those who are not so fond of pickles.
